All animals are just beautiful, it's as simple as that!

Just like humans they all have their own special personalities and history that make them who they are.

Their soulful eyes, quirky expressions, crazy antics, and down right cuteness always make them wonderful to photograph whether young or old.

I love shooting the special details from a sandy nose to a captivating portrait, there is always so much variety and playtime to be had in every session.

The love and dedication we have for our pets is something that we all know oh so well. They are such a big part of our family life, from cute new puppies, to goofy teens, rescued delicate survivors, to wise old faithful companions. Each animal so unique, and eyes that melt your heart and bury deep into your soul.

Each and every session is driven by the animal and its enjoyment. No expectation is put on them or you as an owner to have your dog well trained, perform tricks or 'do as they're told', so each shoot will revolve around their playtime, enjoyment, and safety at all times.

A location can be chosen to your liking, but I especially love the beach, river, and woods for a mix of nature and playtime, and water is always a great component to include in your gallery if your dog enjoys the water. It is always such a joy to capture, and watch the excitement of a dog who loves the freedom of play and fetch, returned with joyful barks, leaps, and a good old shakedown - usually always close to me!!!

I do my best to get the shot or desired angle which usually ends up with me flat on my tummy, or thigh-deep in the sea if it means getting the image required which is all part of the fun!

It's not a finished shoot until my knees are wet and dirty and my memory card is full.
